Take a bath before bed to relax the mind and the body.
Rejuvenate the face at night. The face relaxes most when we sleep – between the hours of 1 and 3. Skin products, applied before bed, work best to rejuvenate the skin.
The best time for a walk is after meals – for 20 minutes within 45 minutes of eating. Walking for another 20 minutes , 2 hours later is the best time to walk for weight loss.
Take naps after 1 pm and sleep between 10 and 11. Body functions are lowest between 12 and 3am. This is the best time for sleep
The best to brush teeth is within 3 minutes after meal. Either that or have green tea for the anti-oxidants
The best time to eat snack food is 1 hour before meals.
