Best for sleep Take naps after 1 pm and sleep between 10 and 11. Body fx. Are lowest between 12 and 3am.
Best to brush teeth is within 3 minutes after meal. Either that or have green tea for the ati-oxidants
Open windows in am from 9-11 or afternoon from 2-4. This is when air is best because old air is lifting and fresher air at bottom.
